About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Canadian Ecosystem with AMER Sales Operations, Global CBM, Regional and Global Finance, and working groups for on-the-go hardware devices. You will operationalize and execute the strategy for hardware ecosystems within the budget, brand guidelines, and Canadian Point of Delivery goals and annual plans/forecasts. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee the management of multiple print and fixture production vendors while driving process management with creative design agencies. Partnering with manufacturing suppliers to source materials, negotiate costs, and manage delivery timetables. Retail production : Managing the design and production of life-cycle updates from intake with global teams to actual production through vendors and implementation with field teams. Internal Stakeholder Guidance: Manage production execution across internal teams. Guide Product Marketing Managers through the complete creative review process and drive end-to-end fixture timelines and execution. Acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and external manufacturing vendors. Strategic Sourcing & Value Engineering: Lead innovation in print production by exploring new materials and processes, focusing heavily on value engineering to deliver cost savings. Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead weekly meetings with design agencies, vendors, field teams, and internal channel marketing teams to ensure smooth program execution. Financial Tracking: Maintain and deliver a accurate financial report detailing total production costs and cost savings achieved through value engineering. Asset Management: Maintain the active fixtures catalog in partnership with the creative design agency. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Experience : 7+ years of permanent and semi-permanent retail display production and installation experience. Technical Savvy : A strong capability to read and interpret complex engineering or structural design drawings.
