Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this person serves as a brand ambassador for Kenny U-Pull, working to reach and engage customers through both in-person and online channels.Your Responsibilities:Define and implement marketing strategies to support the sale of retail parts and vehicles, with the goal of attracting new customers and strengthening loyalty among existing ones.Contribute to the creation and development of marketing materials, including ideation, creative concept proposals, and approval coordination for targeted programs, events, and promotions.Promote the Kenny U-Pull brand both in person (site visits, events, trade shows, etc.) and online (social media posts, community engagement, partner videos, etc.).Build and maintain relationships with promoters and influencers to increase brand visibility and awareness across digital platforms.Manage and optimize online listings for parts and vehicles across various platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, website, etc.), ensuring accuracy, performance, and regular updates.Collect and analyze customer data — including contact information, feedback, and reviews gathered through in-person and online interactions — and leverage these insights to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.QualificationsTo join our team:University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a strategic marketing and communications role.Proven experience managing social media accounts and online advertising platforms.Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads (AdWords).Demonstrated experience organizing or participating in in-person events for the promotion of products or services.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.Ability and availability to travel to various Kenny U-Pull locations for site visits and events.Genuine interest in the automotive industry and car culture.Experience in the retail sector is a significant asset.Additional InformationWhat we offer!Paid time off from day oneComprehensive group insuranceTelemedicine (unlimited 24/7 access to a physician)Group RRSP with employer contributionsAIM scholarship programEmployee referral programExclusive employee discounts on parts across all Kenny locationsCompany events throughout the year (summer BBQ, holiday party, and more)Excellent advancement opportunities

Requirements
