HIRING: RETAIL SUPERVISOR We are looking for an experienced and energetic Retail Supervisor to join our team at a busy Indo-Pakistani & Arab multicultural grocery store. The Role You will play an important role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, supporting our team, and ensuring our customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly Supervise, train, and support staff Assist with scheduling and daily staff assignments Manage inventory, product ordering, and stock levels Coordinate with suppliers and vendors Monitor products, including slow-moving and high-demand items Help maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked shelves Monitor sales and identify opportunities to improve store performance Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent service Assist the Store Manager with daily decision-making and store management Requirements 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a Supervisor or Manager role Grocery or multicultural retail experience is an asset Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, dependable, and hands-on Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with a diverse, multicultural customer base Knowledge or familiarity with South Asian and/or Middle Eastern products is an asset We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, team-oriented, and ready to take an active role in helping our store succeed. Requirements

Requires at least three years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role; grocery or multicultural retail experience is an asset. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment serving a diverse customer base.
