Coordinate and confirm vehicle service appointments, respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team. Process customer and supplier invoice payments, manage the cash register and appointment schedules, explain costs and fees, and help ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

Oversee daily showroom operations, manage and develop sales staff, monitor sales activity, and support the team in meeting sales targets. Maintain strong customer relationships, address complaints and inquiries, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold dealership policies and applicable regulations.
