Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Cambridge, ON. The Sales Associate supports an outstanding in-store customer experience by greeting shoppers, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations that reflect Banana Republic’s style and standards. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers on the sales floor, processing transactions at the cash wrap, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation. The role also involves restocking and organizing inventory, following loss prevention and safety procedures, and working collaboratively with team members to meet store sales and service goals. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected based on business needs. Qualifications Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and provide informed styling suggestions. Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, store leadership, and diverse customers. Basic retail operations capabilities, such as handling point-of-sale systems, managing cash transactions accurately, and following store policies.
