Are you recognized for your technical judgment, hands-on leadership and in-depth understanding of every stage of the repair process, from damage assessment to final vehicle delivery? We have the opportunity for you! Our client, a well-established family-owned company in the automotive industry, is seeking a Body Shop Manager for its collision repair division. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise a team of technicians, coordinate and monitor repair activities, and ensure quality, productivity and adherence to deadlines. Your expertise in vehicle damage estimating will also be essential, as you will serve as a key resource for more complex files and be responsible for handling estimates when required.
