Location: Plateau-Mont-Royal (Montreal) A Unique Opportunity to Make a Difference Our client, Maison St-Dominique, has exclusively retained us to recruit its next Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will provide the strategic, organizational, and operational leadership of the organization. They will ensure the fulfillment of its mission, the sound management of human, financial, material, and real estate resources, as well as the implementation of the directions established by the Board of Directors. Maison St-Dominique works in the fields of mental health and social housing, supporting individuals living in vulnerable situations. This position represents an exceptional opportunity to put your expertise and leadership to work for a mission that has a tangible impact on the community. Our client offers competitive working conditions, including group insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a group RRSP, and four weeks of vacation upon hire. This position is primarily based on-site and requires occasional availability during evenings and weekends for special events.
