Job summary
BON Development Corp. is seeking a local Brokenhead Ojibway Nation resident with Fuel Retail Management experience. The Fuel Retail Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of the business. We are looking for a strong leader with a solid background in retail management. Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Lead, manage, and motivate staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure high standards of customer service and quickly resolve customer issues. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost control. Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management. Perform administrative tasks and manage special projects as required. Experience and Skills: Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate staff. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office applications. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is an asset. Salary: Competitive and based on your qualifications and experience.
