What You’ll Do As a Merchandiser/Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a key role in showcasing our inventory to potential customers by: Vehicle Listings & Descriptions: Writing compelling, detailed descriptions of vehicles, highlighting key features, unique selling points, and specifications. Photography & Videography: Capturing high-quality photos and creating engaging video walkarounds of new and used vehicles to attract online buyers. Provide the marketing manager with photography & video content for social media. Inventory Accuracy & Management: Ensuring all vehicles are correctly listed online with accurate details such as pricing, mileage, trims, transmission types, and colors. Monitoring and verifying inventory syndication across platforms like Kijiji, AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, and other third-party vendors. Collaboration with the Team: Coordinating with the management team to know when vehicles are ready for photography, updates, or marking as sold. Assisting with creating and printing pricing stickers for used vehicles. Parking Lot Coordination: Safely moving vehicles to and from photo locations, ensuring efficiency and care. Operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with: Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in vehicle listings and ensure all inventory is properly showcased. Creative Skills: Experience or interest in photography, videography, and/or copywriting to produce professional-grade content. Technical Savvy: Familiarity with online inventory management and syndication platforms is an asset. Organizational Prowess: Capable of juggling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and written communication abilities. Requirements: A valid driver’s license (full GDL or equivalent). Proficiency in driving both automatic and manual transmissions. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of the role.
