As an Assistant Store Manager, it's your responsibility to make sure that the store always looks good, supports our brand and meets its goals. Salary Range: $38,000 - $58,000 Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional commissions earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.

Requires 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service experience with at least one year in a management role. A university degree or college diploma in business or management is considered an asset.
