Job summary
This role identifies, shapes, and scales strategic CF/Retail programs that unlock Commercial Finance growth, strengthen market execution, and ensure CF-specific expertise is embedded into joint program design, delivery, and performance management. Your Mission Lead the development and execution of strategic CF/Retail programs, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, commercially attractive, operationally feasible, and scalable across markets. Partner with Global and Market Retail program teams to embed Commercial Finance expertise into joint program structures, including pricing, subsidy management, repurchase and/or remarketing, loss pools, systems requirements, and market readiness. Support priority retail programs and conquest accounts where Commercial Finance expertise is required to optimize wholesale, dealer, partner, or cross-border financing solutions and system requirements. Drive disciplined program lifecycle management from concept and business case development through onboarding, launch, performance governance, change control, and ongoing optimization. Ensure CF-specific dynamics are appropriately reflected in program design, including wholesale versus retail operating differences, partner and dealer network complexity, product requirements, and delivery model implications. Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Digital/IT, Retail, and Market teams to align program economics, controls, systems, and execution plans. Monitor program performance, identify risks or improvement opportunities early, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen revenue, margin, penetration, portfolio quality, and partner outcomes. Build reusable CF/Retail program frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that reduce complexity, improve speed to market, and support consistent execution across markets. This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason.
