Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage with enthusiasm to understand their eyewear needs and preferences Assist clients in selecting fashionable and suitable eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses, ensuring a personalized experience Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and proper usage of eyewear options Maintain knowledge of current optical trends, new products, and technological advancements such as Epic electronic health record systems used for patient management Support the optical team with laboratory tasks such as lens fitting, adjustments, and basic measurements, utilizing laboratory experience when applicable Process sales transactions accurately using retail POS systems while promoting additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to create an inviting shopping environment Skills Strong understanding of optical terminology and eyewear products to confidently educate customers Experience with laboratory procedures related to lens fitting and adjustments is highly desirable Retail sales or sales experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus for managing patient information efficiently Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to eye care enhances communication with clients and healthcare professionals Previous retail management experience is advantageous for supporting team operations and achieving sales goals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for style meets your dedication to helping others see their best!
