What you’ll do

Responsible for cleaning, cutting, trimming, and preparing various standard cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood. Tasks include grinding meats, removing bones, and packaging prepared products for retail or wholesale.

Requirements

Requires a high school graduation certificate and between 1 to 7 months of experience. Candidates must be proficient in using manual cutting utensils, power grinders, and slicing machines.
