The ideal candidate will have bartending experience, VLT knowledge, and a passion for providing outstanding service. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 months of bartending experience. VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) knowledge and experience preferred. Valid Smart Choices certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong customer service and cash-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Bartending Duties: Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests. Follow responsible liquor service guidelines. Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and inventory duties. Perform other duties as assigned. VLT Cashier Duties: Process VLT payouts and transactions accurately and efficiently. Verify guest identification and eligibility according to gaming regulations. Handle cash, deposits, and balancing of cash floats. Maintain accurate records of VLT transactions. Assist guests with VLT machine inquiries and basic troubleshooting. Monitor gaming activity and report concerns or irregularities to management. Ensure compliance with all gaming, liquor, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure gaming area. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of bartending experience. Previous VLT cashier or gaming experience is considered an asset. Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. Strong mathematical and cash-handling abilities. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
