Technical Gear Mindset: Knowledgeable about racket specs, string tensions, grip types, and footwear to give accurate recommendations. What you will be doing: Department Maintenance: Keep the racket section and surrounding department aisles clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing. Aisle Ownership: Maintain an inviting, well-organized department layout that makes it easy for all sports users to find what they need. Advising customers on selecting the right rackets, shoes, and accessories for tennis, badminton, and pickleball. Promoting Decathlon membership benefits. Requirements
Candidates must be active players of tennis, badminton, or pickleball with technical knowledge of gear specifications. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are required to support in-store services.
