Responsibilities Tasks Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Oversee payroll administration Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff

What you’ll do

The Store Manager is responsible for directing daily operations, managing staff, and overseeing payroll and performance reviews. They also develop marketing strategies, plan budgets, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.

Requirements

Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required for this on-site role.
