Clearview Co-op is hiring a Store Manager to lead our location in South Junction, Manitoba, to deliver exceptional service to our members and customers. Located approximately one hour south of Steinbach, this unique business unit includes self-serve fuel, a convenience store featuring hot food offerings, and an on-site motel. What you'll do: You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks, as well as achieving established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery. Some main duties of the job include: * Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members. * Exemplify our company values: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility. * Provide effective leadership to a small group of employees, and ensure all Health, Safety and Asset Protection regulations and standards are adhered to. * Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory. * Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management and present product in a way that adheres to image standards. * Responsible for the overall staffing and motivation of the team. * Ensure adequate staffing levels are sustained. * Ensure effective training in customer service, product knowledge, inventory control, and merchandising. * Ensure proper management of assets and adherence to schedules.
