We're looking for an Inside Sales Associate who creates value for customers and builds relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, solving customer challenges, and growing business. You'll work closely with contractors, distributors, manufacturers, and industrial customers, becoming a trusted partner who helps them get what they need while identifying opportunities to expand the relationship. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with existing customers and become their go-to resource Proactively contact customers to identify new projects, upcoming opportunities, and additional product needs Develop competitive pricing solutions that create value for customers while supporting profitability objectives Follow up on quotations and opportunities to convert business and grow revenue Partner with customers to understand their business and recommend solutions to support customer goals Monitor market activity, competitive information, and industry trends Collaborate with branch and sales teams to achieve growth objectives Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment What We're Looking For Strong experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or business development Fastener industry experience is strongly preferred A relationship-builder who enjoys working with customers and developing long-term business partnerships Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems Why K2?
