You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately while creating a positive experience for every customer. Your main responsibilities: Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly and courteous service; Process transactions quickly and accurately; Handle cash, credit/debit cards and other forms of payment; Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate products or services when needed; Process returns, exchanges and adjustments in accordance with company policies; Keep the checkout area clean, organized and welcoming; Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience; Follow cash-handling procedures, company policies and loss-prevention standards.
