Job Description As a Sales Associate, you contribute to providing a pleasant, personalized and memorable shopping experience. You assist customers throughout their shopping journey, share your knowledge of our products and ensure that every visit to Linen Chest is a positive experience. Your main responsibilities: Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly, warm and personalized service; Understand customers' needs and advise them on products that suit their needs and personal style; Present the features, benefits and details of our products; Build trusting relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty; Achieve sales targets by providing relevant recommendations and suggesting complementary products; Maintain excellent knowledge of our products, promotions and policies; Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, clean and well organized; Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience; Participate in the overall operations of the store and follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and passionate about customer service, enjoys helping people and wants to contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience.
