Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through ongoing training, performance management, and succession planning. Drive sales by executing business strategies, promotional initiatives, and effective merchandising plans. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and analysis of variances to achieve targets. Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and enhance service delivery. Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations. Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink control programs. You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail or customer-focused environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a proven ability to recruit, hire, and train high-performing teams. Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Expertise in sales growth, merchandising strategies, expense control, shrink reduction, and brand differentiation. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and drive operational excellence. Passion for board games, pop culture, and creating memorable customer experiences. Energetic, outgoing, and motivated personality that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Pay Rate: $21 - $23 per hour This is a new position.
