We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic team members to join us as Seasonal Sales Associates. You’ll assist customers in finding the perfect products, support daily store operations, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience during our busy season. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs. Operate the POS system, accurately process payments, and issue receipts. Keep the store neat and organized, restock shelves, and maintain attractive product displays. Develop product knowledge to provide helpful guidance on games, toys, puzzles, and collectibles. Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Assist with receiving merchandise, replenishing stock, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and loss-prevention practices. Work collaboratively with the team to support customers during busy periods. Perform other related duties as assigned. You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is an asset. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Passion for or knowledge of pop culture, board games, toys, and puzzles is a plus. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds, with accommodation where required. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the seasonal period. Employment Type: Seasonal Pay Rate: $17.95 per hour This is a new position.
