Job Summary The Retail Team Lead will be responsible for assisting guests with product selection, completing sales and general retail operations. Always acts professional, provides excellent customer service and leads by example for fellow staff members. The successful candidate is a team player, hardworking and enthusiastic about customer service and retail! Essential Job Functions Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes but is not limited to: greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. Understanding how to use and process sales on the POS operations. Assisting the store and team in achieving and surpassing store targets. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock. Being aware of promotional offers throughout the store. Awareness of loss prevention. Understands the opening and closing procedures Receiving stock accurately and ensures they follow the process to put away. Being able to work independently Assist in display maintenance, making sure the product is displayed in visually appealing manner, and overall store standards are upheld Ensure that all related activities are conducted in a safe manner through sound judgment and knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must have minimum 1 year in customer service. Experience in retail is considered an asset Must have completed Grade 12 education. Required Qualifications and Abilities Work eligibility in Canada - can provide work permit Follows safe work procedures & cash handling processes Intermediate computer experience. Ability to work in a team and show initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy and attention to detail.
