Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the logistics of the movement of export containers, ensuring that shipments are executed promptly and efficiently;
• Generate meticulous export documentation for all outbound shipments to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements;
• Collaborate with the shipping lines to negotiate and establish a competitive shipping rate;
• Prepare and process all customs documents required for international shipments;
• Maintain the detailed international shipment tracking log and, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all shipment records;
• Work with customs brokers and shipping lines on inbound shipments, providing necessary documentation and details needed to clear shipments;
• Create and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure the accurate recording of all warehouse transactions;
• Work with other departments to gather data elements needed for export, maintain database-maintenance and recordkeeping;

Requirement for candidate

• College diploma
• Experience in transportation logistics is required.
