Media Advertising Manager

Hourly Wage: $49-50 /hr 

Working hours: 35 hours per week.

 Job duties:

• Develop and implement advertising strategies and tactics for our clients to enable the achievement of business growth expectations.
• Provide expert advice on advertising and marketing methods for new and existing clients.
• Collect and analyze data and trends to present it to clients for generating cutting-edge advertising ideas.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties including clients and vendors.
• Monitor the progress of various clients' projects from planning to execution.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the advertising strategy to ensure they meet the end goal.
• Work with clients to establish and meet the goals of projects and enforce timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to develop different marketing campaigns suitable for different business needs.
• Coordinate promotional events.
• Supervise the company’s account executives and participate in the recruitment and evaluation of the workforce.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience as a senior advertising executive.
• Intensive advertising campaign knowledge and experience.
• Over 3 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.

• Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions.
• College education.
