THE POSITION

KITS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee our day to day order fulfillment processes at our Fulfillment Center, located at 2955 Hebb Ave. As the Fulfillment Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, from the time they are received until they are shipped to the customer. You will supervise a team of fulfillment associates, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

If you are a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a passion for order fulfillment, we would love to meet you. Working hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm — offered in 2 shifts. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to shipping products to customers
• Coordinate, assign and review work of fulfillment associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are meeting productivity and quality targets
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize order fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet demand
• Work with customer service and sales teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full, and that any issues or delays are addressed promptly
• Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of products
• Track key performance metrics related to order fulfillment, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy, and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to order fulfillment and shipping

WHO YOU ARE

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have 5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related field
• You have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve goals
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• You have a knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards related to order fulfillment and shipping
