Salary: $44/hour, 30 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Collaborate with spa professionals to recommend products and services tailored to client needs.
• Ensure the retail area is visually appealing, clean, and organized to reflect the luxury of our brand.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive revenue growth.
• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality products.

 Qualifications:

• A college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of spa or beauty industry products and trends is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
