We are seeking a candidate to fill the Assistant Manager’s position on a permanent basis for our Danforth Store in Toronto. The candidate must be available to work during days, evenings and weekends.
The candidate will be required to contribute to the store management and provide support to the Manager. He or she will be responsible for the store's daily activities including employee and customer service supervision, teamwork development as well as cash and inventory management.
The qualifications required for the role of Assistant Manager:
· 2 years experience in staff management
· Strong communication skills
· Dynamic personality, detailed oriented and problem solver
· Customer orientation
· Training experience
· Knowledge of artistic material would be an asset
