Job Description

Under the supervision of the digital marketing manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator's main role is to coordinate the activities involved in maintaining the company’s various websites. The individual in question will be responsible for updating website content, coordinating weekly implementations with our partners and assisting the various internal teams in managing problem cases. This position is central to the activities of the various websites, and the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be aided by a team of digital experts.


  • Responsible for product files
  • Add product photos to the database
  • Write and integrate product descriptions
  • Integrate required product information
  • Manage operations on our websites (e-commerce and storefront)
  • Manage web posting schedules
  • Manage and/or integrate content updates on websites
  • Coordinate maintenance with web agencies
  • Manage errors and provide customer service support
  • Conduct user tests during implementation
  • Participate in the deployment of websites under production
  • Analyze and optimize websites
  • Monitor website performance indicators
  • Propose improvements


  • University diploma in marketing or communications
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent proficiency required in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Autonomous, organized and innovative
  • Experience with one or more CMS (asset)
