Customer Experience Leader - Retail Trade, NAPA Canada
As such, you will join the Marketing Group of the NAPA Automotive Division. This multidisciplinary team provides coverage of marketing strategies and programs at the web, digital and retail levels. As a Customer Experience Leader - Retail Trade, you will be responsible for a team dedicated to implementing and managing marketing standards, planograms, openings and redevelopments, and any other projects in Napa stores (575 ) across Canada.
Your mission will be to develop a sharper strategy regarding retail customer experience in terms of content, programs and deployment. For that, you will have to create partnerships with our operations, our product management team and our American parent company (GPC). Also, you will need to analyze and document the current results and gaps and evaluate the competition. Finally, an important focus will be on developing in-store skills.
