We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for our Virgin Mobile kiosk located at Place Vertu.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have relevant experience as a Team Leader/Store Manager in the retail sector.
  • You have a great interest in technologies/telecommunications and have knowledge related to this industry.
  • You have a college diploma in business management or any training deemed relevant (Asset).
  • You are comfortable using the Office suite.
  • Your availability is flexible *day, evening, weekend.
  • You are results-oriented, you have interpersonal and communication skills, you have a strong sense of customer service, you show leadership/influence, you have problem-solving skills, you are organized, you are creative and you work well under pressure.

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage all store operations.
  • Contribute to maximizing revenue by ensuring the achievement of targeted sales objectives.
  • Follow up on daily sales by communicating the results and the discrepancies observed, if any, to the people concerned.
  • Analyze the specific need of the customers served by the store, take initiatives to meet them and seize business opportunities.
  • Ensure team management (recruitment, training/development, evaluation, etc.) in collaboration with the people concerned (eg. HR).
  • Ensure that all team members maximize the customer's shopping experience in store.
  • Follow procedures related to the personnalized sale of all Bell/Virgin products and services.
  • Provide high quality customer service.
  • Manage inventory and expenses.
  • Ensure the aesthetics and the application of in-store merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.

To ensure the safety of our staff, we have installed plexiglass protections and we provide masks and hydroalcoholic gel. We have several displays and stickers on the ground to educate our customers on the measures.
