What you will actually be doing?

  • Ensuring your team delivers an outstanding DAVIDsTEA Experience, while providing the highest level of customer service through coaching regularly and promoting a positive and fun atmosphere.
  • Leading by example through educating customers about the world of tea, DAVIDsTEA blends, products, and accessories
  • Motivate team to achieve sales targets and profitability by controlling costs (labour, supplies, inventory etc.)
  • Manage recruitment of your own team members as well as their training, coaching and development
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and delegate effectively to meet daily/weekly deadlines and KPIs
  • Establish DAVIDsTEA as a community contributor: create relationships with local businesses and participate in local events
  • Developing yourself and your potential to grow within the company—the sky’s the limit!
