We are currently looking for a Lead Sales to join our team at Bell Vaudreuil.

As an in-store Lead Sales , your role will be :

• Make sales according to the standards prescribed by Cellcom/Bell by actively working to achieve and exceed the sales objectives while providing high quality customer service.
• Issue end of day reports.
• Proceed to the verification of invoices.
• Coordinate the repair requests.
• Participate in the inventory.
• Ensure that marketing standards are respected.
• Participate in inventory management by receiving and placing orders.
• Participate in personnel management – Do coaching/participate in performance meetings, participate in job interviews.
• Follow up on sales. 

Your profile :

• You already have experience in sales/retail sales and/or in the telecommunications sector (at least 2 years).
• You have experience as an assistant manager or third key.
• You have a sense of leadership, good time management, and priorities.
• The desire to be successful and to achieve goals are motivational factors for you.
• You succeed in quickly establishing trusting and lasting relationships with customers.
• You are eager to learn and you have the desire to improve yourself.
• You are tenacious and persevering - Nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment at the very end!
• You adopt a positive attitude and your professionalism and work ethic are impeccable.
• You are enthusiastic about working with technology.
• You have experience or training relevant to the job - This is an asset!
• You are available between 30 and 35 hours/week, your schedule is flexible, and you are able to work on weekends. 

Salary

• From 20 to 25$/hour
