Collaborate closely with trainers to guide new members through their workouts and contribute to our community’s fitness journey. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome clients warmly and knowledgeably • Introduce the OTF concept to potential members • Manage front desk operations including calls • Conduct engaging studio tours for visitors • Assist trainers in member’s initial workout experience • Outreach in the community • Participate in social media content or brainstorming session • Basic cleaning needs for the studio Requirements: • Passion for fitness and helping others • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle member concerns professionally • Organized and clean studio maintenance • Experience in sales or customer service preferred Utilize your fitness passion to foster a welcoming environment at Orangetheory Fitness.
