Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for leading daily store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and brand standards. The Store Manager guides, coaches, and develops store team members, including scheduling, performance feedback, and training to meet sales and service goals. This position also manages cash handling, reporting, and store administration, while collaborating with regional leadership to execute promotions and local initiatives. The Store Manager maintains a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment that reflects Pandora’s brand values and sustainability commitments. Qualifications Strong retail leadership and people management skills, including team coaching, performance management, and scheduling. Proficiency in sales and customer service, with experience in driving revenue, upselling, and delivering premium in-store experiences. Experience with store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Ability to execute visual merchandising standards and maintain brand presentation and store cleanliness. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate with diverse teams. Comfort with basic digital tools and retail systems (POS, inventory systems, reporting software). Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or luxury goods. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
