The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service by educating and guiding customers on cannabis products. They must maintain store satisfaction and work towards achieving individual and team goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates need proven experience in sales or guest services, including proficiency with POS systems and cash handling. They must be patient when dealing with complaints and balance a customer-oriented approach with a results-driven mindset.
