The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador for PAL Airlines and Air Borealis, building relationships with key stakeholders and community partners across Labrador. We're looking for a Full-Time Fixed-Term Sales Associate who is passionate about Labrador and excited to help strengthen relationships throughout the region. In this role, you'll build strong connections with business partners, community organizations, travel trade professionals, and key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to grow our presence and support regional economic development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands Labrador, values meaningful relationships, and is passionate about helping connect people, businesses, and communities through air service. Duties and Responsibilities: * Represent PAL Airlines and Air Borealis throughout Labrador, acting as a trusted ambassador for our services. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, Indigenous partners, travel agencies, community groups, and industry stakeholders. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across scheduled passenger service, cargo, and charter operations. * Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and community functions to strengthen regional partnerships. * Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with commercial objectives and growth strategies. * Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and deliver exceptional service. * Monitor market trends, competitive activity, economic developments, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. * Support the development and execution of sales campaigns, community initiatives, and marketing programs. * Work closely with Charter, Cargo and Marketing teams to develop customized solutions for customers. * Track and report on commercial account performance, sales activities, and business development opportunities. * Utilize internal reservation systems to support customer needs. * Travel throughout Labrador and other markets as required. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field is considered an asset. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer relations, or a related role. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders. * Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities. * Knowledge of Labrador communities, industries, and regional economic drivers would be considered a strong asset. * Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications considered an asset. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
