The Merchandising Associate supports merchandise flow and store presentation to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. They also assist with back-of-house operations and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in retail or customer service and possess strong organizational skills. Proficiency in POS and Microsoft Office systems, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 40 lbs, is required.
