What you will be doing: * Arrange sales of medical equipment and conduct fittings. * Ensure that all customers after sale service requirements are being met. * Answers phone inquiries, identifies and resolves client concerns. * Appropriately issues refunds and handles customer complaints according to Rexall protocol. * Stock shelves and inform the purchaser when inventory is low. * Keep knowledge of HHC related products and services current and attend in-service and product training when applicable. * Complete all required paperwork and other administrative requirements in a timely and professional manner. How you will succeed: * Training (certification) in at least 2 of the following: ostomy, compression garments, insoles, orthopedic braces, trusses, toilet seating, catheter, prosthetic and walker fittings, etc. * Computer skills, including: Word, Internet, Excel, POS software * Functional and technical knowledge of mobility equipment and general HHC supplies * Strong interpersonal and communication skills required * Punctual and reliable Are you #ALLin?
