Who You Are You’re a customer-focused luxury retail professional who enjoys building relationships with customers. What You’ll Do * Provide a world-class customer experience by greeting customers, building rapport, identifying their jewelry needs, and guiding them through a seamless purchase process. * Continuously expand knowledge of fine jewelry, the Sarah O. brand, and internal processes to better serve our customers. * Keep customers informed about relevant products, events, promotions, policies, and services. * Maintain an organized and clean showroom and stockroom, assisting with event preparations, seasonal transitions, and new marketing campaigns. * Ensure the showroom’s case displays are well-maintained by re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day, and communicate inventory levels to Sales Leadership. * Assist with customer orders and repairs, respond to customer inquiries, and manage phone and email communication, as well as preparing order shipments. * Consistently follow internal processes and procedures with accuracy. * Foster positive working relationships across the company. * Assist with Sales Team projects as needed. * Take on other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of retail experience (luxury or fine jewelry experience preferred). * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Ability to remain flexible and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Self-starter who proactively seeks out projects and opportunities. * Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration. * Availability to work a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays, in line with traffic levels, seasonality, and company needs.

Requirements
