Reporting to the management team, the role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and maintaining high operational standards. What You’ll Do Assist with inventory flow, receiving, replenishment, merchandising execution, and maintaining an organized back and front-of-house Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset. Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and execution. Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies. Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Assist management team with execution, ensuring successful daily store operations. Champion Excellent customer service. About You Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience. Valid provincial certification (or willingness to obtain before starting). Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift. Ability to work , climb ladder, operate machinery when necessary Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
