Sononurse VS was founded by anesthesiologist Dr. Yahia Zine and operates in both English and French healthcare environments. Role Description The Sales Associate is a part-time, hybrid role based in Montreal, QC, with a mix of on-site customer visits and work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the Sales Associate will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach to healthcare organizations, and present Sononurse VS products to clinical and administrative stakeholders. Daily tasks include scheduling and attending product demos, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing basic sales materials, and following up on opportunities to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The role also involves collaborating with the clinical and engineering teams to understand product features, gathering customer feedback, supporting participation in conferences or trade shows, and contributing to the refinement of sales strategies. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing a simple sales pipeline. Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse healthcare audiences. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records accurately. Basic familiarity with healthcare environments or medical technology; prior experience selling to hospitals or clinics is an asset. Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and office productivity software. Ability to work independently in a startup environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English; working proficiency in French is highly beneficial in the Montreal and Quebec market. Post-secondary education in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
