You lead by example, inspire your team to hit sales goals, and make every customer feel their best walking out the door. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, visual merchandising, and team leadership to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience. They are responsible for coaching staff, maintaining store standards, and managing logistics when the Store Manager is absent.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of hands-on retail or service management experience. The role requires a passion for fashion, the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and the physical capacity to lift up to 35 lbs.
