The Sales Associate acts as the face of the Ashley brand, helping guests find home furnishings and meeting sales productivity goals. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, maintaining a prospect system, and staying updated on competitor pricing.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably over two years of experience in retail or commissioned sales. Must possess strong communication skills and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
