Lead and develop the store team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales and KPIs through coaching, consultative selling, and accountability. Oversee daily operations, scheduling, store presentation, and the launch of the new Sarnia location in partnership with the Regional Manager.

The Retail Merchandiser will visit assigned Toronto locations to maintain, stock, and curate greeting card displays to ensure they meet company standards. They will also monitor inventory levels, place orders, and build positive relationships with store staff to drive sales performance.
