The We Store is looking for an experienced, people-focused Store Manager to lead one of our retail cannabis locations. Our Store Managers are responsible for the overall success of their store—from team leadership and guest experience to sales, operations and compliance. We're looking for someone confident in making decisions, comfortable leading and developing people, and adaptable in a fast-moving retail environment. What You'll Do: Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team. Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching and support to Team Members and Team Leaders. Address employee concerns, performance issues and workplace conflict professionally and promptly. Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members. Foster a positive, professional and inclusive store culture. Develop Team Leaders and support their growth into increased responsibilities. Store Operations Oversee the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the store. Create and manage effective staff schedules based on business needs. Manage inventory, product reconciliation and point-of-sale operations. Oversee cash handling, safe balancing, deposits and other financial controls. Complete required store reporting, payroll documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Manage product returns and recalls. Maintain store appearance, merchandising and displays. Coordinate and execute promotions and store events. Maintain effective communication with the Area Manager, HR, Accounting and Corporate teams. Sales & Guest Experience Lead the team in delivering knowledgeable, welcoming and consistent guest experiences. Drive store sales and support achievement of performance goals. Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay informed about cannabis products, retail trends and the evolving needs of our guests. Resolve guest concerns professionally and support team members with escalated situations. Compliance Ensure store operations comply with applicable cannabis retail regulations, company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and required store documentation. Promote a safe, professional and compliant working environment. What We're Looking For Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail or another customer-focused environment. Sales and retail experience with an understanding of store operations. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Sound judgment and confidence making day-to-day operational decisions. Experience coaching employees and managing performance. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of store operations. Open-minded, adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving environment. Genuine interest in cannabis and a willingness to continuously build product knowledge. Strong guest-service mindset and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Valid CannSell certification. Clear criminal background check. Availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. About You You're an approachable and confident leader who understands that strong store performance starts with a strong team. You bring a combination of people leadership, business sense and a genuine interest in cannabis.

Requirements

Requires previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail or another customer-focused setting, along with sales experience and strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills. Candidates must have valid CannSell certification, pass a criminal background check, meet business scheduling needs, and be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
