Requirements

The employer seeks a punctual, responsible, reliable, dynamic, and self-directed person who can work alone overnight in a fast-paced environment. Versatility across kitchen preparation and front-of-house service is required; restaurant experience is an asset, and intermediate spoken and written French is indicated.
