The Reception and Retail Associate ensures every client has an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the salon. Responsibilities include managing service queues, handling communications, and assisting with product sales.

Candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is considered an asset, and the ability to obtain ProServe certification is required.
