As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a strong team, creating a positive work environment, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. A key part of your role will be driving sales success by connecting with customers and coaching the team to achieve results. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new store opening, contribute to building a team from the ground up, and bring your creativity and passion for design into a large-format store environment. Training is scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026, with some sessions taking place at our Dartmouth, NS store. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
