Retail Store Associate

As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests. You will be trained to be a personal chef and friendly butcher to have the highest level of product knowledge to provide customers with recommendations on their favorite dish or protein. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability, replenish low stock items, pick and pack online orders and deliver a friendly check-out experience. You will act as a brand ambassador by providing product recommendations, culinary tips, and a personalized shopping experience to guests. Additionally, you will manage inventory, process e-commerce orders, and maintain store cleanliness while working in various environments including walk-in freezers.

Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.
